Fish are raised in clean water areas in An Giang and Dong Thap.
Only fish that meet standards for size, skin color and natural fat content are selected for processing.
The fish is cleaned, the internal organs are removed and cut into portions using automatic stainless steel knives to ensure uniformity, beautiful shape and no meat breakage.
IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology helps each fish portion freeze separately, preserving its natural structure and moisture.
The product is then vacuum-packed or packed in PE/PA trays with a seal film as required.
